Your order is accepted once payment is received and we send a dispatch confirmation.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)

We do not store credit/debit card details ourselves.
Payment details are processed securely through the chosen provider’s system.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

We are not responsible for delays once items are with the courier.

You may cancel your order before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
